Dr. McConnell and the staff at NFC are very grateful to their patients for allowing them to be a part of their fertility journey. It is an honor to be involved in such life changing experiences. We particularly enjoy it when patients stop by the office to show off their little ones, even if they aren’t so little anymore!

This whole process was emotionally rough but we always felt comfortable and treated with care and a personal touch – not just another patient. My husband and I endured several ectopic pregnancies over the years and though we did manage to have a daughter, we wanted to have one more before I had my tubes tied once and for all to put a stop to the ectopic pregnancies. My doctor suggested Dr. McConnell to help us with IVF and I'm thrilled that she did because it's due to Dr. McConnell that we have our wonderful baby boy! It was a fascinating and sometimes tense process but Dr. McConnell and her entire staff made the IVF experience easier than it could have been. They answered every question, even those that my daughter had and helped us feel comfortable and confident throughout. It's rare that you can get along so well with every single person that works in an office like this yet we had no issues at all with anyone and found a level of support, compassion and simple kindness we didn't expect but that has stayed with us even 5+ years later. Our baby boy is now 5 and in kindergarten, reading at the 3rd grade level and making our lives pure joy. THANK YOU Dr. McConnell and everyone on your staff!
